This App allows you to watch videos over the mobile app by paying the subscription fees. However, all logos, brands and marks appearing in this Apps, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned, or used under license, by A CUBE MOVIES APP and/or its associate entities who feature on this Apps. The use of these properties or any other content on this site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the App content, is strictly prohibited. No trademark or service does not confer or be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under either A Cube Movie App or any third party's intellectual property rights.

The payment shall be made by Credit / Debit Cards and Other Available payment modes. No cancellation.

A Cube Movies App and / or its associate entities have all the discretion to cancel or deny subscriptions arising due to any errors. Any errors during payment should be sorted by the customer with the payment gateway service provider. A Cube Movies App and / or its associate entities are not responsible for any failed transactions by the payment gateway service provider.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Tamil Nadu, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or difference, which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement, is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions, or your actual state or country of residence.

The entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof is embodied on this agreement and no other agreement relative hereto shall bind either party herein. Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or A Cube Movies App. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. A Cube Movies App may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, Such termination will be without any liability to A Cube Movies App. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or A Cube Movies App, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this App, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. A Cube Movies App right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the App or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
